ParametersReturns

Parameters

rr, cc : (N,) ndarray of int

Indices of pixels.

shape : tuple

Image shape which is used to determine the maximum extent of output pixel coordinates. Must be at least length 2. Only the first two values are used to determine the extent of the input image.

val : (N, D) ndarray of float, optional

Values of pixels at coordinates [rr, cc] .

Returns

rr, cc : (M,) array of int

Row and column indices of valid pixels (i.e. those inside shape ).

val : (M, D) array of float, optional

Values at :None:None:`rr, cc`. Returned only if :None:None:`val` is given as input.

Return the coordinates inside an image of a given shape.

Examples

Local connectivity graph

Hover to see nodes names; edges to Self not shown, Caped at 50 nodes.

Using a canvas is more power efficient and can get hundred of nodes ; but does not allow hyperlinks; , arrows or text (beyond on hover)

SVG is more flexible but power hungry; and does not scale well to 50 + nodes.

All aboves nodes referred to, (or are referred from) current nodes; Edges from Self to other have been omitted (or all nodes would be connected to the central node "self" which is not useful). Nodes are colored by the library they belong to, and scaled with the number of references pointing them
