select(self, key: 'str', where=None, start=None, stop=None, columns=None, iterator=False, chunksize=None, auto_close: 'bool' = False)
Pandas uses PyTables for reading and writing HDF5 files, which allows serializing object-dtype data with pickle when using the "fixed" format. Loading pickled data received from untrusted sources can be unsafe.
See: https://docs.python.org/3/library/pickle.html for more.
Object being retrieved from file.
List of Term (or convertible) objects, optional.
Row number to start selection.
Row number to stop selection.
A list of columns that if not None, will limit the return columns.
Returns an iterator.
Number or rows to include in iteration, return an iterator.
Should automatically close the store when finished.
Retrieved object from file.
Retrieve pandas object stored in file, optionally based on where criteria.
Hover to see nodes names; edges to Self not shown, Caped at 50 nodes.
Using a canvas is more power efficient and can get hundred of nodes ; but does not allow hyperlinks; , arrows or text (beyond on hover)
SVG is more flexible but power hungry; and does not scale well to 50 + nodes.
All aboves nodes referred to, (or are referred from) current nodes; Edges from Self to other have been omitted (or all nodes would be connected to the central node "self" which is not useful). Nodes are colored by the library they belong to, and scaled with the number of references pointing them
