register()

This function modifies the global matplotlib.units.registry dictionary. pandas adds custom converters for

• pd.Timestamp

• pd.Period

• np.datetime64

• datetime.datetime

• datetime.date

• datetime.time

Register pandas formatters and converters with matplotlib.
