generate_table(self) -> 'tuple[dict[str, tuple[int, int]], DataFrame]'
Modifies the DataFrame in-place.
The DataFrame returned encodes the (v,o) values as uint64s. The encoding depends on the dta version, and can be expressed as
enc = v + o * 2 ** (o_size * 8)
so that v is stored in the lower bits and o is in the upper bits. o_size is
117: 4
118: 6
119: 5
Ordered dictionary using the string found as keys and their lookup position (v,o) as values
DataFrame where strl columns have been converted to (v,o) values
Generates the GSO lookup table for the DataFrame
Hover to see nodes names; edges to Self not shown, Caped at 50 nodes.
Using a canvas is more power efficient and can get hundred of nodes ; but does not allow hyperlinks; , arrows or text (beyond on hover)
SVG is more flexible but power hungry; and does not scale well to 50 + nodes.
All aboves nodes referred to, (or are referred from) current nodes; Edges from Self to other have been omitted (or all nodes would be connected to the central node "self" which is not useful). Nodes are colored by the library they belong to, and scaled with the number of references pointing them
