rescale_layout(pos, scale=1)
The function acts on NumPy arrays which hold position information. Each position is one row of the array. The dimension of the space equals the number of columns. Each coordinate in one column.
To rescale, the mean (center) is subtracted from each axis separately. Then all values are scaled so that the largest magnitude value from all axes equals :None:None:`scale`
(thus, the aspect ratio is preserved). The resulting NumPy Array is returned (order of rows unchanged).
positions to be scaled. Each row is a position.
The size of the resulting extent in all directions.
scaled positions. Each row is a position.
Returns scaled position array to (-scale, scale) in all axes.

Hover to see nodes names; edges to Self not shown, Caped at 50 nodes.
Using a canvas is more power efficient and can get hundred of nodes ; but does not allow hyperlinks; , arrows or text (beyond on hover)
SVG is more flexible but power hungry; and does not scale well to 50 + nodes.
All aboves nodes referred to, (or are referred from) current nodes; Edges from Self to other have been omitted (or all nodes would be connected to the central node "self" which is not useful). Nodes are colored by the library they belong to, and scaled with the number of references pointing them
