Parse timedelta string to number of seconds

Examples

This example is valid syntax, but we were not able to check execution

>>> from datetime import timedelta
... from dask.utils import parse_timedelta
... parse_timedelta('3s')
3

This example is valid syntax, but we were not able to check execution

>>> parse_timedelta('3.5 seconds')
3.5

This example is valid syntax, but we were not able to check execution

>>> parse_timedelta('300ms')
0.3

This example is valid syntax, but we were not able to check execution

>>> parse_timedelta(timedelta(seconds=3))  # also supports timedeltas
